双端固支拱形梁压电能量采集器设计及仿真
Design and simulation of double-clamped arc-shape piezoelectric energy harvester
摘要
Abstract
To address the limitations of the traditional double-clamped piezoelectric energy harvesters,such as low output power and unidirectional energy harvesting capability,a novel double-clamped arc-shape beam piezoelectric energy harvester was proposed.The finite element model was established to conduct the static analysis,modal analysis,and power generation performance evaluation.The results demonstrate that the system performance was significantly enhanced through its arc structural design.When the excitation acceleration is 5 m/s2,8 m/s2,and 10 m/s2,the maximum output power of the arc-shaped beam in the transverse excitation direction is 6.0,7.7,and 6.5 times that of the conventional straight beam structures,respectively.In the longitudinal excitation direction,maximum power outputs of 0.4 mW,1.0 mW,and 1.7 mW can be achieved.The proposed design outperforms the traditional double-clamped piezoelectric energy harvesters in output power while enabling bidirectional energy harvesting,thereby the energy harvesting efficiency is improved.This study can provide theoretical support and innovative ideas for the disign of high-performance double-clamped piezoelectric energy harvesters.关键词
