中国十城市孕妇乳母膳食营养素补充剂使用现况研究
Investigation on Dietary Supplements Status Among Pregnant Women and Lactating Mothers in 10 Cities of China

Abstract
[Objective]Questionnaires were used to investigate the status of dietary supplementation of pregnant women and lactating mothers in 10 cities and to explore the differences in the use behavior of nutrient supplements between the two groups.[Method]Totally 934 pregnant women and 975 lactating mothers from 10 cities including Beijing and Guangzhou were selected by multi-stage sampling method.The basic information and the intake of dietary supplements were obtained by using a self-designed questionnaire,and the missing cases of important information were excluded.Finally,851 pregnant women and 935 lactating mothers were included in the analysis.Chi-square test was used to compare the differences between pregnant women and lactating women in using nutrient supplements.[Result]The overall utilization rates of nutritional supplements for pregnant women and lactating women were 93.4%and 52.9%,respectively.The utilization rates of folic acid,vitamin D,multivitamin minerals,zinc and iron in pregnant women were higher than those in lactating women(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The supplementation rate of dietary supplement by lactating women is lower than that of pregnant women.Both pregnant women and lactating women use more than one kind of nutrient supplements at the same time,so it is necessary to pay attention to the reasonable use of nutrients of the two populations.关键词
