摘要

Abstract

[Objective]To systematically review the extraction methods,structural features,and biological activities of Ophiopogon japonicus polysaccharides(OJPs),as well as research progress in their applications across food,medicine,and other domains,Which aims to elucidate their mechanisms of action and developmental potential,providing a theoretical foundation for the further exploitation of dual-purpose resources(food and medicinal applications).[Method]By employing search terms such as"Ophiopogon japonicus polysac-charides","prebiotic effects","immune regulation","hypoglycemic effects",and"food development",relevant literature was retrieved from databases including PubMed,Web of Science,and CNKI.Key studies concerning the extraction,structure,function,and applica-tion of OJPs were screened and synthesized.[Result]Research indicates that OJPs exhibit structural diversity in monosaccharide composi-tions,molecular weights,glycosidic bond types and configurations.These polysaccharides demonstrate multiple biological activities,including immunomodulatory effects,prebiotic modulation of intestinal microbiota,hypoglycemic effects,anti-tumor activity,antioxidant capacity,and cardiovascular protective properties.OJPs are widely applied in both food and pharmaceutical industries.[Conclusion]Ophiopogon japonicus polysaccharides demonstrate significant medicinal and nutritional value,with considerable potential for the develop-ment of functional foods.
