红枣降血脂、降血糖作用的研究进展
Research Advancements on Reducing Hyperlipidemia and Hyperglycemia Effects of Red Jujube
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]To review the reducing hyperlipidemia and hyperglycemia effect of jujubes polysaccharide,jujubes flavone and jujubes pigment.[Method]Keywords were searched from CNKI,Wanfang databases and Web of Science to retrieve and extract information related to reducing hyperlipidemia and hyperglycemia of red Jujube,and 36 articles were included after comprehensive screen-ing.[Result]Jujubes are rich in vitamins,proteins,mineral elements and other nutritional components.Some of the components contained in jujubes have certain biological activities in reducing hyperlipidemia and hyperglycemia.[Conclusion]This review can provide scientific basis for the further application of jujube and the development of related new products.关键词
