Non-Targeted Metabolomics Analysis of Fructooligosaccharides Combined with Tea Polyphenols to Prevent Metabolic Abnormalities Induced by High Sucrose Diet

Abstract
[Objective]To reveal the mechanism of fructo-oligosaccharide(FOS)combined with tea polyphenols in preventing metabolic abnormalities induced by high sucrose diet.[Method]Commercial kits and liver pathological tissue sections were used to reveal lipid metabolism.The changes of serum metabolic fingerprints in mice that fed with 30%fructose for continuous 8 weeks were researched by metabonomics technology based on ultra-performance liquid chromatography-flight time mass spectrometry.[Result]There were 12 dif-ferential metabolites.They participated in sphingolipid,fatty acid biosynthesis and degradation,glycerolipid,glycerophpspholipid and arachidonic acid metabolisms.In addition,the preventive effects of fructo-oligosaccharide(FOS)and tea polyphenols on the metabolic disturbance induced by high sucrose diet were also researched.[Conclusion]Intake of FOS combined with tea polyphenols was effectively than FOS or tea polyphenols ingestion separately to prevent sucrose induced-metabolic disturbance.关键词
