植物性饮食国际研究热点及趋势的可视化分析
Visual Analysis of International Research Hotspots and Frontiers of Plant-Based Diet
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]To analyze the hot spots and trends of Plant-Based Diet in 2014-2024 to provide reference for China.[Method]Based on the search results of Web of Science database,CiteSpace and VOSviewer were used to visualize the included literature.[Result]From 2014 to 2024,a total of 1 341 literatures were included,and the number of published papers showed a continuous upward trend.The countries and institutions with the highest number of publications were the United States(432 articles,0.56 central)and the Harvard School of Public Health(55 articles,0.21 central).The association between Plant-Based Diet and chronic disease risk,the nutrients in Plant-Based Diet and human health,Plant-Based Diet and gut microbes,and Plant-Based Diet and environmental protection are the current hot topics in the international field.Plant-Based Diet index,gut microbiome,vitamin D,environmental protection and hu-man health are at the forefront of research in this field.[Conclusion]At present,the research heat of Plant-Based Diet is increasing year by year,but there is an imbalance in the global research level.In the future,we should further study the intervention effect and mechanism of Plant-Based Diet pattern in different populations,evaluate its long-term impact on human health,and explore the Plant-Based Diet program suitable for Chinese people based on this.关键词
