Comparative Study on Leaf Characters of'Jintian Meigui'Grapevine with Different Ploidies
摘要
Abstract
To compare the differences in leaf characteristics among diploid,chimera,and homozygous tetraploid tissue-cultured seedlings of Vitis vinifera'Jintian Meigui',this study used their leaves as materials and conducted a comparative analysis of indicators including phenotypic traits,structural features,and DNA content.The results showed that the tetraploid leaves were significantly larger and thicker,with significantly larger leaf margin serrations but lower density;their stomata and guard cells were significantly larger and lower in density,and both chlorophyll content and water content were significantly higher.In contrast,the leaf flatness of the chimera was significantly lower than that of the homozygous tetraploid and diploid.It can be concluded that there are significant differences in leaf phenotypic,physiological-biochemical,and histocytological characteristics among the three ploidy types.Leaf phenotypic traits such as leaf area,leaf margin serrations,and leaf flatness can be used for the preliminary screening of ploidy in'Jintian Meigui'grapevines.关键词
