不同基质铺施对冬季葡萄根系非结构性碳水化合物的影响
Effects of Different Substrates Applications on Non-structural Carbohydrates in Winter Grapevine Roots

Abstract
The safety of grapevine roots during winter is one of the important factors determining the growth in the second year.Five-year-old'Nantaihutezao'grapevine grafted on'SO4'rootstock were used as the experimental material,four substrates were applied:peat,corn stalk,cow dung and fungus stick,no substrate application as control(CK).To exploring the effect of different substrate on the metabolism of NSC(Non-structural carbohydrate)in the grapevine roots in winter,the contents of starch,soluble sugar,sucrose and enzyme activities were determined.The results showed that the effect of soil warming was significant under peat and cow dung,increased by 0.88℃and 0.33℃.Compared with CK,the starch content decreased while the soluble sugar and sucrose content increased in absorbing root under peat and cow dung.In starch metabolism,peat and cow dung significantly increased the activities of α-amylase and β-amylase.Cow dung decreased the activity of starch phosphorylase,while peat and corn stalk increased the activity of ADPG pyrophosphorylase.In sucrose metabolism,peat and cow dung increased the activities of sucrose synthase and sucrose phosphate synthase.Peat significantly reduced the activity of acid invertase,while the cow dung significantly increased the activity of acid invertase.Principal component analysis showed that the comprehensive score of peat was the highest.In conclusion,Applying peat and cow dung can regulate the activity of the enzymes of NSC metabolism in grapevine roots,improve the accumulation of NSC,which is conducive to the safe of the grapevine roots in winter.关键词
