摘要

Abstract

To investigate the quality and elementomic characteristics of the geographical indication product'Kyoho'grape from Pujiang County,Zhejiang Province,the distribution differences of three quality components,14 mineral elements,and nitrogen stable isotope from various vineyards were compared,and correlation and path analysis were used to examine the relationship between fruit quality and mineral elements.The results revealed that contents of titratable acid,soluble solids and vitamin C of'Kyoho'grape did not differ significantly among vineyards,while the nitrogen isotope ratio and mineral element content differed greatly.The correlations between N,P and K with soluble solids,titratable acid,and vitamin C were significant negative,extremely significant negative,and significant positive,respectively.According to path analysis,the most significant influences on titratable acid,soluble solids,and vitamin C were P and Mn,Zn and B,and Mn and Ca,respectively.
