陕西丹凤酿酒葡萄气候品质指标及评价技术研究
Research on Climate Quality Indicators and Evaluation Techniques for Danfeng Wine Grape in Shaanxi

Abstract
The rational utilization of climate resources is of great significance for improving the quality of agricultural products and enhancing their market competitiveness.Based on the daily data of Danfeng national meteorological observation station from 1991 to 2024 and the quality inspection results from 2019 to 2022,according to the ecological suitability theory,literature review,field investigation,expert decision and percentile method were used to determine the key growth periods for Danfeng wine grape and the threshold range and weight coefficients of key meteorological factors.The climate quality evaluation model was established by weighted sum method.Results were as follows:(1)The cumulative precipitation,average temperature during the berry growing period,and sunshine duration,diurnal temperature range and cumulative precipitation during the berry ripening period,were the five key meteorological evaluation indicators affecting Danfeng wine grape quality.(2)The contents of total acid,total sugar and soluble solid were selected as the physico-chemical indicators for climate quality evaluation of Danfeng wine grape,and each was classified into 4 grades.The climate quality index(ICQ)was also classified into 4 grades:excellent(≥2.0),good(1.5-2.0),fair(1.2-1.5)and poor(＜1.2).(3)The validation results revealed that the evaluation results of the wine grape climate quality evaluation model were basically consistent with the actual production,which could objectively reflect the influence of meteorological conditions on wine grape quality.According to the model,the proportion of years with climate quality rated as"good"or higher from 1991 to 2024 was 67.6%.关键词
