教育现代化背景下我国劳动教育的困境与出路
Dilemmas and Pathways of Labor Education in China in the Context of Educational Modernization

Abstract
Labor education serves as the cornerstone of comprehensive education in the new era.The advancement of educational modernization in the new era imposes higher demands on labor education.Educational modernization,ground-ed in the people-oriented educational philosophy,is characterized by diversified content,scientific methods,and informa-tion-driven management.Under this context,labor education holds significant value in achieving human modernization,ful-filling the historical mission of education in China,and promoting the common progress of all humanity.However,the mod-ernization of labor education in China currently faces challenges such as misconceptions and negative attitudes.Practical issues include imperfect curriculum design,insufficient curriculum integration,and inaccurate evaluation of labor educa-tion.The causes of these challenges are primarily attributed to deviated social and cultural perceptions,inadequate re-source allocation for labor education,and weakened institutional support.To overcome these challenges,it is imperative to explore practical pathways for labor education under the umbrella of educational modernization.This can be achieved by enhancing labor education experiences and fostering correct labor values;enriching labor education curriculum resources and improving the quality of labor education teachers to strengthen resource support;refining leadership,supervision,and evaluation systems for labor education to ensure robust institutional support;and strengthening collaboration among schools,enterprises,and families to form a cohesive labor education framework.关键词
