Abstract
In recent years,the Party and the government have promulgated a series of relevant policies on after-school services,providing policy support and institutional guarantees for promoting the high-quality development of after-school services.Based on discursive institutionalism,this paper establishes a research framework to study the discourse change process of after-school service policy and explore the evolution logic of after-school service policy.Discursive insti-tutionalism provides a new theoretical perspective and explanatory path for the policy research related to after-school ser-vices.Based on this theory,it can be found that the after-school service policy has roughly gone through the discourse change process of off-campus care service(gestation stage),after-school care service(exploration stage)and after-school service(established development stage).On the basis of combing the process of the discourse change of after-school ser-vice policy,this paper explores the evolution logic of after-school service policy.The main evolution logic of after-school service policy is that the change of institutional background promotes the discourse construction of after-school service;"perception change"leads to changes in after-school service policies;the continuous interaction of discourse promotes the continuous change of the system.关键词
