摘要

Abstract

The body is a crucial medium for experiencing the external world,and positive physical experiences pro-vide delightful sensations and authentic feelings.However,in school classrooms,students' bodies are often concealed,uti-lized for utility,and disciplined.The reasons include the influence of traditional mind-body dualism on modern educational concepts,the impact of China's"hard learning"spirit on students' learning methods,and the institutionalized environment that restricts students' physical freedom.Enhancing students' bodily agency is thus a priority in classroom teaching.To address this,school education should establish a correct view of the body,adopt embodied teaching methods,and create open teaching environments.These measures not only help students better understand themselves but also improve class-room teaching quality.
