留美生与近代中国教育管理学的发展
American-educated Chinese Students and the Development of Educational Administration in Modern China

Abstract
American-educated Chinese students have played an irreplaceable role in the establishment and develop-ment of educational administration in modern China.From the perspective of the disciplinary system of educational admin-istration,these students have grounded their work in China's educational realities,exploring theoretical issues such as the connotation,research objects,research themes,and research methods of modern educational administration,and have ini-tially constructed the theoretical framework for this discipline.In terms of the academic mechanism of educational adminis-tration,these students established the Educational Administration Research Society of the China Association for the Ad-vancement of Education,initiated the offering of educational administration courses at universities,and successively estab-lished educational administration departments at institutions such as the Great China University and Xiamen University,laying a solid academic foundation and talent base for the sustained development of this discipline.In the early stages of the development of educational administration,these students initially formed an innovative and high-quality research team that,while introducing advanced foreign theories,also explored their applicability principles within the context of Chinese education,applying scientific research methods to address key issues in the discipline,thereby providing historical insights for the current construction of educational administration with Chinese characteristics.关键词
