共同富裕背景下职业教育助力乡村振兴的价值意蕴与实践路径
The Value Implications and Practical Paths of Vocational Education in Promoting Rural Revitalization under the Background of Common Prosperity

Abstract
Common prosperity is an important feature of Chinese modernization,and rural revitalization is the founda-tion for achieving common prosperity.In the context of common prosperity,vocational education not only focuses on the improvement of rural economy and the development of agricultural industry,but also emphasizes promoting the overall progress of rural society and the all-round development of farmers through vocational education.However,at present,voca-tional education is facing many practical problems in helping rural revitalization:there is a misalignment between the pro-fessional settings of vocational education and the needs of rural industries,there are shortcomings in the concept of talent training in vocational education and the ability to serve the countryside,there is a lack of rural cultural education in voca-tional education,and there is a lack of rural ecological protection in vocational education.The practical path for vocational education to help rural revitalization:innovate the industry-education integration model to activate the engine of rural in-dustrial revitalization;build a talent chain of teacher-farmer collaboration to drive the rural talent revitalization express;stimulate the endogenous power of culture to unlock the code of rural cultural revitalization;create a green symbiotic edu-cation system to write a new chapter in rural ecological revitalization;aggregate the diverse forces in the cloud to empower the road of rural organization revitalization.关键词
