摘要

Abstract

In order to optimize the extraction of total flavonoids from Trollius altaicus and explore its antioxidant and antibacterial activities.Orthogonal experiments combined with a Backpropagation(BP)neural network was used to optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids from Trollius altaicus,using total flavonoids yield as the primary indicator.The antioxidant activity of total flavonoids from Trollius altaicus was evaluated by their scavenge ability of ABTS and DPPH free radicals,as well as their total reducing power.The antibacterial activity was evaluated against Streptococcus mutans and assessed using the agar well diffusion method.Results showed that the optimal extraction process for total flavonoids from Trollius altaicus were a solid-liquid ratio of 1∶20,three extraction cycles and an extraction time of 100 minutes.Under these conditions,the total flavonoids extraction rate was 7.72%.The flavonoid extract demonstrated good free radical scavenging ability and inhibitory effects on streptococcus mutans.In conclusion,the established BP neural network model effectively predicted the optimal conditions for flavonoid extraction.The total flavonoids from Trollius altaicus possessed notable antioxidant and antibacterial activities,suggesting their potential for further development.
