摘要

Abstract

Codonopsis pilosula polysaccharides(CPPs)are the principal bioactive components of C.pilosula,characterized by complex structural features and diverse biological functions,including antitumor,immunomodulatory,anti-inflammatory,and neuroprotective activities.This review summarized the monosaccharide composition,molecular weight distribution,and structural characteristics of CPPs,with a focus on their mechanisms of action in antitumor,anti-inflammatory,neuroprotective,immunomodulatory,and antioxidant activities.Additionally,recent advances in the application of CPPs in functional foods,health supplements,and drug delivery systems were discussed.This work provided a reference for further research and development of CPPs in biomedical and nutraceutical fields.
