Abstract
Rural revitalization requires the support of talents.As participants and builders of rural revitalization,rural teachers should improve their professional development level to provide internal driving force for rural revitalization.From the perspective of the subjectivity of rural teachers,their professional development faces challenges such as distorted local concepts,imbalanced local knowledge structures,and loss of local culture.The spirit of educators,with its strong spiritual core and value guidance,has endowed the professional development of rural teachers with"new connotations",created a"new ecology",injected"new impetus",and promoted it to a"new stage".Based on this,in order to achieve high-quality development of rural teachers' profession,rural teachers can solidify their commitment to local public responsibility with the ideal beliefs and moral sentiments in the spirit of educators;rural schools can improve the local knowledge structure system of rural teachers with their educational wisdom and hands-on attitude;government regulatory departments can culti-vate rural teachers' local sentiment and cultivate their own local cultural character with their benevolence and pursuit of promoting morality.关键词
