摘要
Abstract
With the growing global awareness of environmental protection and the increasing severity of resource scarcity,the negative impact of traditional plastic packaging materials on the environment has raised widespread concern.Environmental protection has become a pressing issue to be addressed.Edible packaging films,made from natural polymers such as polysaccharides,proteins,and lipids,offer excellent biodegradability,edibility,and high nutritional value,and can effectively alleviate environmental pollution.The application of composite materials and modification technologies can significantly improve their performance in various aspects,further promoting their applications in the food packaging industry.This review explored the research progress of edible packaging films,analyzed their characteristics,advantages,and challenges.It also highlighted their potential applications in food packaging,medicine,industry,and environmental management.In the future,as material performance improves and production costs decrease,these green and sustainable materials will provide more innovative solutions to promote sustainable development and protect the environment.关键词
