基于UPLC-ESI-MS/MS探究低盐处理对两色金鸡菊叶片类黄酮代谢物的影响
Effects of low salt treatment on flavonoid metabolites of Coreopsis tinctoria Nutt.leaves based on UPLC-ESI-MS/MS

Abstract
Based on the ultra-performance liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-ESI-MS/MS)system,leaves flavonoid components and contents of Coreopsis tinctoria Nutt.(C.tinctoria)seedlings(4-6 leaves,30 d)treated with 50 mmol/L NaCl at 0(CK),12,24 and 48 h were compared and analyzed.The key flavonoid metabolites induced by the low salt treatment was identified.The results showed that a total of 136 flavonoids were identified,including 58 kinds of flavones,35 kinds of flavonols,8 kinds of chalcones,8 kinds of isoflavones,7 kinds of anthocyanins,7 kinds of dihydroflavone,6 kinds of dihydroflavonols,5 kinds of flavonoid C-glycosides and 2 kinds of orange flavonoids.Among the treatment groups,24 flavonoids(DAFs)were selected,and 7 of them were significantly enriched in the flavonoids synthesis pathway and its branches,which were naringenin,pinobanksin,2'-Hydroxygenistein,eriodictyol,dihydroquercetin(taxifolin),cyanidin-3-O-glucoside,and quercetin-3-O-rutinoside(rutin),indicating the important biological function of these flavonoids under low salt conditions.The results of this study can provide available theoretical basis on the stress resistance and quality improvement of C.tinctoria.关键词
