摘要

Abstract

The optimum medium formulation for liquid fermentation of Aspergillus cristatum and the effects of Eucommia ulmoides leaf extract on the growth of Aspergillus cristatum was explored.The results showed that the optimum culture medium formula for Aspergillus cristatus was as follows:NaCl 32 g/L,NH4NO3 3 g/L,sucrose 20 g/L,MgSO4 0.5 g/L,and K2HPO4·3H2O 1.3 g/L.Under this condition,the mycelium dry weight of Aspergillus cristatum was 1.56 g/L.When the addition amount of Eucommia leaf extract was 80%,both the dry weight of mycelium and the spore count of Aspergillus cristatum reached their highest values,which were 0.687 g/L and 3.712×1012 spores/mL,respectively.The results showed that the extract of Eucommia ulmoides leaves exerted a stimulatory effect on the growth of Aspergillus cristatus.
