一种树叶型风速传感器敏感机理研究
Sensitivity mechanism of a leaf-type anemometer

Abstract
To address the issue of low sensitivity in the thermal anemometers,a leaf-inspired thermal anemometer was proposed.The three-dimensional structure was designed using CAD software and its configuration was analyzed via finite element simulation software COMSOL.The output characteristics were evaluated under static(0 m·s-1)and dynamic wind speed conditions(0-100 m·s-1)to validate the performance of the sensor.The results demonstrate that under constant 21 mW driving power and wind speed of 0.8-30 m·s-1,the output voltage decreases progressively with increasing wind velocity.The sensor exhibits the structural sensitivity of 8.80× 10-9 Ω/(m·s-1)and output sensitivity of 44 mV/(m·s-1).Compared with the conventional thermal anemometers,this biomimetic design exhibits the enhanced sensitivity while maintaining the equivalent detection range(0-100 m·s-1).This improvement facilitates more responsive detection of the airflow variations,demonstrating suitability for the meteorological monitoring,wind power generation,and related applications.The design provides reliable wind speed data acquisition,so the overall measurement system performance could be enhanced.关键词
