摘要

Abstract

[Objective]Food safety has long been a critical global concern and continues to face numerous challenges.The adulteration of food with drugs,particularly third-generation synthetic drugs,is characterized by high toxicity,strong concealment,and difficulty in identification.These substances may even be disguised as common food products or additives,which pose a challenging task in food analysis due to high sample volumes,short detection times,and stringent accuracy demands.Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS)has demonstrated significant advantages in detecting trace-level target compounds in complex food.However,conventional LC-MS methods typically rely on standard multiple reaction monitoring(MRM)scanning mode.Due to limitations in ion pairs and sensitivity requirements,only a few or a dozen analytes can be simultaneously detected in MRM mode.In this work,triple quadrupole tandem MS(LC-MS/MS)was used to establish a high-throughput detection method via automatic slice scanning mode.[Methods]An efficient LC-MS/MS analytical method was developed for 82 drugs and toxic substances in food matrices,including common illicit drugs,rodenticides,pesticides,barbiturates,and other toxins.Utilizing automated scheduled scanning technology,the mass spectrometry scanning time was dynamically allocated based on the retention time window of each target compound,allowing simultaneous monitoring of over 100 ion pairs in a single analysis and significantly improving scanning efficiency and signal stability.[Results]The results show that excellent analytical performances for simultaneous detection of 82 compounds,including good linear relationships within the centration of 1-200 ng·mL-1 with excellent linear correlation(R2>0.99),low limit of detection(LOD)at 0.05-1.0 ng·mL-1,good intraday accuracies(1.19%-4.94%)and inter-day accuracies(1.12%-4.97%),and a good spiked recovery rate(80.2%-118.3%).[Conclusion]Compared with traditional multiple reaction monitoring(MRM),the automated scheduled mode offers higher sensitivity and accuracy,making it suitable for rapid on-site screening and large-scale sample monitoring.This method provides reliable technical support for food safety assurance at major events,emergency response to poisoning incidents,and early warning of food safety risks,demonstrating significant practical application value and promotion potential.
