A Study on the Influencing Factors and Cultivation Pathways of the Educator Spirit among Graduate Students in the"National Excellent Teacher Program"

Abstract
In the context of building a high-quality teaching workforce,how to effectively leverage the guiding role of Educator Spirit and transform it from a symbolic concept into a practical cultivation process has become a critical is-sue.This study explores the cultivation of Educator Spirit through the lens of group dynamics,drawing on in-depth in-terviews with 20 graduate students from the National Excellent Teacher Program.Using grounded theory as the meth-odological framework,the research identifies key influencing factors such as educational beliefs,identity tension,in-stitutional ecology,and significant others.This research constructs a three-stage cultivation path:spiritual percep-tion,cognitive reconstruction,and behavioral practice.This finding offers valuable insights into the transformation of the educator spirit in the new era from a symbolic ideal to a collectively cultivated practice,and carries important im-plications for building an ecosystem that supports the inheritance of educator spirit.关键词
