摘要

Abstract

Education-themed literary and artistic works serve as a strategic vehicle for the synergetic promotion of edu-cator spirit,dissemination of Chinese traditional culture of respecting teachers and education,and cultivation of high-level teaching teams with Chinese characteristics.From a policy perspective,these works align with the governance transformation requirements of Chinese teacher workforce development from scale expansion to quality enhancement,reflecting the state's strategic intent to shape mainstream ideology and strengthen social value consensus through cul-tural productions while undertaking soft power output in international educational communication.From a theoretical perspective,their capacity to advance high-level teaching team construction arises from the synergistic interplay of multiple theoretical dimensions,including cultural capital,symbolic interactionism,professional identity,and teacher professional development.Practically,within the context of advancing an education powerhouse,strategies such as establishing collaborative mechanisms for enhancing the creation of educational and teaching-themed literary works,crafting representative,ethnically rooted,and contemporarily relevant teacher archetypes,drawing experiences from other professional-themed literary creations,and strengthening the international communication and influence of edu-cation-themed literary works should be employed to foster the development of high-quality teaching teams.
