东部沿海三省市中小学教师跨学科实践现状调查及对策研究
Investigation and Countermeasure Research on the Current Status of Interdisciplinary Practices among Primary and Secondary School Teachers in Three Eastern Coastal Provinces/Cities

Abstract
Interdisciplinary teaching practice is a crucial initiative to advance integrated curriculum-based student de-velopment under the new curriculum framework for basic education.This study developed a survey questionnaire on teachers'interdisciplinary practices based on the multi-level model of the ecosystem theory,covering over 3,200 teachers across 100+schools in three eastern coastal provinces/cities,spanning different educational stages and re-gions.Through in-depth data analysis using Cochran's Q test(for differential responsiveness)and the Analytic Hier-archy Process(AHP)(suitable for prioritizing complex issues and allocating weights),the study revealed:Teach-ers'interdisciplinary cognition varies significantly by teaching experience,academic qualifications,and educational stage;Interdisciplinary practices exhibit both commonalities and distinct differences across educational stages;Disci-plines show hierarchical differentiation in participation intensity for interdisciplinary collaboration;Regional disparities in teacher interdisciplinary practices are negligible due to the relatively balanced educational quality across the three provinces/cities;Strong positive correlations exist between school support systems and teachers'interdisciplinary en-gagement.The study also identified dual challenges:cognitive limitations and skill gaps among teachers,alongside practical difficulties such as insufficient professional support,inadequate resource allocation,and weak institutional guarantees.Accordingly,targeted strategies are proposed:Fully leverage highly educated and younger teachers as professional pioneers in interdisciplinary teaching;Implement multi-dimensional solutions to address teachers'inter-disciplinary challenges;Continuously optimize the quality of interdisciplinary practice environments;Actively explore cross-disciplinary models(e.g.,"liberal arts oriented","STEM-focused",or hybrid approaches)to foster interdis-ciplinary synergy.These measures aim to cultivate a robust ecosystem for interdisciplinary teaching practices.关键词
