摘要

Abstract

As educational transformation enters the digital age,digital technologies,while enhancing the scientific rig-or and efficiency of teaching,risk being alienated into technical instruments that control teacher labor.Currently,digital technologies exert control over teacher labor primarily through three dimensions:the precision control of labor platforms,the comprehensive control of labor forms,and the soft control of labor motivation.This phenomenon is rooted in mechanisms such as bodily manipulation,meaning extraction,illusory choice,accelerated competition,and manufactured consent,effectively placing teachers within a cloud-based panoptic spatiotemporal framework.To tran-scend this technological control over teacher labor,it is imperative to establish quality standards for digital labor,reconfigure evaluation methods for digital labor practices,and reinforce the pedagogical value inherent in teachers'digital labor.
