教师评价素养的区域现状与改进
Regional Status Quo and Improvement Research on Teacher Evaluation Competence:Findings from Primary and Secondary Schools in Pudong New Area,Shanghai
摘要
Abstract
To deepen curriculum teaching reform and educational evaluation reform in the new era demands that teach-ers possess good educational evaluation competence.Based on research and practice,Pudong New Area of Shanghai has constructed a framework for studying the connotation of teacher evaluation competence.Key competencies of teacher evaluation competence are formed from three dimensions:classroom teaching,students'comprehensive quali-ty,and academic achievement.Through descriptive analysis,variance analysis,and cluster analysis,the conclusions are drawn:regional teachers have a good evaluation awareness and knowledge,the evaluation field is preferred in classroom teaching,and there is a significant contrast between the frequent performance and key performance of teachers'evaluation ability.Based on the influencing factors of highly evaluated teacher groups,this study explores practical improvements to regional teacher evaluation practices from three dimensions:policy development,profes-sional support,and wisdom incubation.关键词
