教师数字素养对数字教学能力的影响:技术接受度与心理韧性的链式中介作用
The Impact of Teachers'Digital Literacy on Digital Teaching Competence:A Chain Mediation Model of Technology Acceptance and Psychological Resilience

Abstract
Teachers play a central role in driving the intelligent transformation of education.Promoting the deep inte-gration of digital intelligence technologies and teaching strategies is essential for reshaping educational paradigms and improving the quality of talent cultivation.This study,based on survey data from 1,517 primary and secondary school teachers across 15 provinces in China,constructs a chain mediation model linking teachers'digital literacy,technolo-gy acceptance,psychological resilience,and digital teaching competence.The findings reveal that digital literacy sig-nificantly and positively predicts digital teaching competence.Both technology acceptance and psychological resilience function as independent mediators and jointly form a significant chain mediation pathway.Based on these results,the study recommends establishing a tiered system for developing teachers'digital literacy,enhancing their willingness to adopt and apply technology in teaching,and building a supportive mechanism for fostering psychological resilience.These efforts aim to provide empirical evidence and theoretical guidance for optimizing teaching strategies and advan-cing innovative instructional practices in the era of artificial intelligence.关键词
