城乡教师轮岗交流的利益统筹机制构建
The Construction of an Interest Coordination Mechanism for the Rotation and Exchange of Urban and Rural Teachers
摘要
Abstract
To promote the high-quality and balanced development of urban and rural education in a coordinated man-ner,China has implemented a policy of teacher rotation and exchange between urban and rural areas.However,due to the lack of a mechanism for coordinating the interests of regional education,relevant schools,and rotating teach-ers,a dilemma of interest game in rotation and exchange has emerged,which has hindered the effectiveness of the policy.Only by fully considering the interest demands of regional education,relevant schools,and rotating teachers,and establishing a mechanism for coordinating their interests,can we ensure the effectiveness of the policy of teacher rotation and exchange between urban and rural areas on the basis of coordinating the interests of all stakeholders.This will facilitate a fundamental transformation from an extensive rotation and exchange to an intensive one,and further promote the high-quality and balanced development of urban and rural education.关键词
