Abstract
In response to the growing demand for brushless power tool controllers and in line with current mainstream design requirements,a controller design based on the AiP8F7232 microcontroller has been developed.This design fully leverages the motor-specific peripheral features of the AiP8F7232 microcontroller,resulting in a hardware architecture that is simple,efficient,and highly integrated.The software architecture incorporates motor drive control strategies and controller protection protocols tailored to power tool applications,delivering comprehensive functionality.Experimental validation confirms the controller's performance:no reverse rotation during startup,closed-loop acceleration time<100 ms,smooth operation at medium speeds,and stable performance during high-speed full-load operation at 800 W output.These characteristics meet the operational requirements for brushless power tools.关键词
