Abstract

Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional detection meter such as single function and poor human-computer interaction experience,a design method of intelligent detection meter is proposed.This meter supports 56 channels of synchronous signal acquisition(over 20 times more than traditional meter),and is equipped with 10.1-inch capacitive touch screen display.Various graphical interfaces are designed using Qt software,so that the user can switch the display mode by touching the buttons,which can not only display the collected data values in real time,but also transform the collected data into intuitive alarm information.The meter also supports uploading the data to the server via Ethernet,which avoids the cumbersome operation of recording the data manually,and at the same time,reserves enough space for the iterative upgrading of the meter.In order to adapt the intelligent instrument to the complex electromagnetic environment in the industrial field,the electromagnetic compatibility design is theoretically analyzed,and it is demonstrated that metal shielding materials have a good shielding effect on electromagnetic waves.Three effective measures of shielding,filtering and grounding are adopted to solve the electromagnetic compatibility problem.
