The Effect of Peer Experience on Math Self-efficacy of Junior Middle School Students:A Mediated Moderation Mode

Abstract
Based on 995 students from a junior high school in H Province,a mediated moderation model is used to investigate the relationship between peer experience and math self-efficacy,as well as the mediated effect of mastery experience and moderated effect of intrinsic value.The results show that:(1)Peer experience positively predicts math self-efficacy;(2)Intrinsic value has a moderating effect on the relationship between vicarious experience and math self-efficacy;(3)The moderation effect of intrinsic is mediated by mastery experience.This study constructs a theoretical model based on the joint of influence of individual factors(mastery experience and intrinsic value)and social environmental factors(peer experience)on math self-efficacy,which enriches the results of sources of math self-efficacy.关键词
