摘要
Abstract
Eight different samples of Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim.from Sichuan province were used as research material.The sample were digested using microwave-assisted digestion,and 19 inorganic elements were determined using ICP-MS.The results showed that the element types were similar across all samples,while the elemental content varied depending on origins and harvesting periods.The average contents of Al,V,Cr,Mn,Fe and Co increased first and then decreased in samples harvested from May to July.The average contents of Ti,Zn,Cu,Sn,Ba and Pb showed an increasing trend during the same period.while the content of Ni showed a gradual decline.Analysis of heavy metals(Pb,Cd,as,Hg,Cu)in 24 batches of Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim.from 8 different cultivation areas and harvesting times revealed that all samples met the safety limits specified in China's national standards and pharmacopoeia.These findings provide a scientific basis for setting heavy metal and certain harmful element limits in the quality evaluation and standards of Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim.in China.关键词
