Effects of Different Substrates on the Photosynthetic Characteristics and Fruit Quality of Grape

Abstract
To investigate the photosynthetic production of two grape varieties in the Huaizhuo Basin,we used five-year-old'Shine Muscat'and'Nantaihu Tezao'grapevines as materials,the photosynthetic characteristics including light response curves,CO2 response curves,diurnal variations of photosynthetic rate,as well as fruit quality,were measured under four substrate treatments:peat,cattle manure,corn stover and mushroom residue.The results indicated that'Nantaihu Tezao'exhibited higher photosynthetic capacity,apparent quantum efficiency,and carboxylation efficiency when treated with peat and cattle manure.Specifically,the light compensation point was lower under peat treatment,while the sugar-acid balance was better under cattle manure treatment.In contrast,'Shine Muscat'demonstrated higher photosynthetic capacity and carboxylation efficiency when treated with corn stover and peat,suggesting a beneficial effect on its photosynthesis.Notably,the sugar-acid ratio was optimal under corn stover treatment,making it suitable for enhancing the fruit quality of'Shine Muscat'.关键词
