蚯蚓粪对连作葡萄植株生长及根区土壤环境的影响
Effects of Vermicompost on Replanting Grapevine Growth and Soil Environment

Abstract
Replant obstacles severely constrain the healthy and sustainable development of the grape industry.To explore green control measures for alleviating grape replant disease,we used'Beta'(Vitis riparia×Vitis labrusca)grape cuttings as test material to investigate the mitigating effects of different proportions of vermicompost on grape replant obstacle.The results indicated that the application of various proportions of cattle manure and vermicompost significantly promoted the growth of replanting grapevine,enhanced nutrient content and enzyme activities in the root zone soil,increased the count of soil bacteria and fungi in the rhizosphere soil,and reduced both total phenolic content and water-soluble phenolic content in the root zone soil,with vermicompost exhibiting a superior effect to cattle manure.After treatment with 1.8%vermicompost,the total fresh weight,chlorophyll content,root activity and contents of total nitrogen,total phosphorus,and total potassium in leaves of replanting grapevine were 25.64%,8.68%,20.93%,48.83%,64.86%,and 56.79%higher,respectively,than those in the treatment with the equivalent application rate of cattle manure.In addition,the contents of organic matter,available nitrogen,available phosphorus,and available potassium in the root zone soil,as well as the activities of urease,sucrase,catalase,polyphenol oxidase,and neutral phosphatase,were also higher by 11.43%,46.36%,44.58%,24.77%,73.81%,12.02%,16.36%,33.80%,and 35.57%,respectively,than those in the 1.8%cattle manure treatment.It can be seen that compared to cattle manure,vermicompost exhibited a superior capacity to enhance soil nutrient content,stimulate soil enzyme activities,increase the soil bacteria-to-fungi ratio,and demonstrated a stronger alleviating effect on grape replant disease.关键词
