三螺旋理论视角下中小学人工智能教育共同体建设路径研究
Research on the Construction Path of Artificial Intelligence Education Communities in Primary and Secondary Schools from the Perspective of Triple Helix Theory

Abstract
In the digital intelligence era,artificial intelligence(AI)education serves as a crucial driving force for ac-celerating the construction of a high-quality basic education system and advancing the strategic goal of strengthening the nation through education.The implementation of AI education strategies in primary and secondary schools relies on the tri-partite collaboration among the government,schools,and enterprises.By leveraging the triple helix theoretical model,an ecosystem for the Al education community is formed:in the single-helix model,each helix entity fulfills its respective re-sponsibilities-the government establishes a solid foundation for strategic planning,schools develop robust strategies for talent cultivation,and enterprises create practical pathways for implementation.Advancing to the dual-helix stage,"govern-ment-school"collaborations mitigate deviations in educational values,"school-enterprise"interactions address concerns re-garding the timeliness of talent development,and"government-enterprise"linkages overcome the inertia of inadequate practical effectiveness.Through resource integration and collaborative advancement,the three entities complement each other's resources,ultimately forming a triple helix ultimate state characterized by value consensus,talent consensus,shared practical responsibilities,and collective educational actions.This synergistic effort recursively enhances the effectiveness of AI education in primary and secondary schools.关键词
