教师组织沉默现象探析及改善对策
Analysis and Improvement Strategies of the Phenomenon of Organizational Silence Among Teachers

Abstract
Organizational silence behavior may exist in any field and any organization,and the teacher group is no exception.As the main force to promote the development of the school,teachers bear the important responsibility of trans-ferring cultural knowledge and cultivating future talents.To some extent,they represent the development level of the school.Therefore,the views and opinions of teachers are of great importance to the school.However,in the process of edu-cational practice,many teachers choose to be the"silent majority",reserving their own opinions as bystanders,and do not participate or rarely participate in proposing suggestions for the school,which is the phenomenon of teachers' organization-al silence.Teachers' organizational silence has adverse effects on both schools and teachers.Therefore,based on the reci-procity principle of social exchange theory,in order to improve teachers' organizational silence,school should provide open communication channels.The leader should change the management concept and establish the corresponding encour-agement mechanism;Teachers should enhance their sense of responsibility and self-efficacy.Culturally,it should create a collective culture and atmosphere of fairness and trust.关键词
