How Can Teacher Ethics Construction Be Sustainable?

Abstract
The benign construction of teachers' ethics should not be a phased task,but a sustainable topic.From the perspective of learning,the formative process of teacher's ethics can be seen as a learning process.Learning theories sug-gest that in addition to the content dimension,the motivation dimension of teacher ethics should also be emphasized.The cultivation of teachers' ethics needs to fully take into account the identity and characteristics of teachers as adult learners.Adult learning theory has shed light on the cultivation of teachers' ethics which implies that the subjective will of adult teachers and teachers' critical reflection should be respected.In addition,teachers' original experiences could be exam-ined dialectically and conditions conducive to qualitative change of teachers' ethics be cultivated.Moreover,balance in in-ternal and external learning motivation and teachers' practical needs and ideal demands as well as establishment of a com-munity of learning and practice of teacher ethics and"zone of proximal development"of teacher ethics could be encour-aged.Under the guidance of adult learning theory,the essence of teachers' moral learning is further understood,which is helpful to provide inspiration for the sustainable development of teachers' moral construction.关键词
