"后发型"世界一流大学发展战略规划的演化机理及路径探究
Exploration of the Evolutionary Mechanism and Path of the Development Strategic Planning for"Newly-formed"World-class Universities
摘要
Abstract
Absrtact:Through in-depth investigation of the development strategic planning of two"newly-formed"world-class universities in Australia,it was found that the evolution mechanism of their development strategic planning presents dual characteristics of heredity and variation.In terms of heredity,the development strategic planning of"newly-formed"world-class universities is reflected in the inheritance of organizational culture and university functions.In terms of variation,it is reflected in the variation of strategic goals and structural systems,and its driving force can be analyzed from the aspects of first-class talent training,scientific research,social services,internationalization,innovation and entrepreneurship,etc.The evolutionary path of the development strategic planning for"newly-formed"world-class universities includes:placing a high emphasis on innovation and entrepreneurship in talent training;broadening the scope and target groups of social services;focusing on inclusiveness and diversity in planning content;prioritizing campus culture construction in planning and im-plementation;expanding cooperative relationships and strengthening network construction in service measures;and empha-sizing sustainability in fundamental principles.These findings offer valuable insights for China's"Double First-class"con-struction:enhancing strategic planning awareness and management capabilities,formulating university development strate-gic plans with a developmental mindset,and guiding the implementation of university development strategic plans with sound institutional designs,thereby promoting the healthy and sustainable development of"Double First class"universi-ties.关键词
