Abstract
To enhance the robustness and reliability of synchronization control in complex chaotic systems,this paper proposed an enhanced linear feedback synchronization control method that integrates the classical Chen chaotic system with a Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM)network.First,an improved chaotic dynamical model with expanded dynamic characteristics was constructed by performing nonlinear phase space reconstruction of the classical Chen system using the LSTM network.Second,chaotic characteristics were verified through phase space reconstruction,bifurcation diagrams,and Largest Lyapunov Exponent(LLE)analysis.Subsequently,an adaptive linear feedback controller based on an LLE threshold was designed,and it was proven that exponential synchronization between the master and slave systems is achieved when the gain parameter k exceeds the LLE.The results show that the reconstructed system exhibits a 17%higher LLE compared to the original system,which confirms significantly enhanced chaotic properties.At a gain parameter k=50,the synchronization error converges to zero within 0.15 s,which outperforms conventional control strategies in convergence speed.The proposed approach provides theoretical support for high-security chaotic secure communication systems and offers advantages such as a simplified controller structure,strong parameter adaptability,and high hardware compatibility.关键词
