摘要

Abstract

[Objective]To optimize the optimal process for pulverizing Gastrodia elata superfine powder using a Box-Behnken Central Composite Response Surface Design Method,and to compare the differences in antioxidant capacity in vitro among the three commercially available types of Gastrodia elata superfine powder.[Method]Using Gastrodia elata as raw material,based on single factor experiment,a quadratic multiple regres-sion model was established to evaluate the effects of grinding time,grinding frequency,and grinding feed amount on the average particle size,and the validity of the model was verified.Using this method,red,black,and hybrid Gastrodia elata were crushed and screened to obtain 12 batches of Gastrodia elata powder.The powder uniformity was observed using SEM,the microscopic characteristics of the powder were observed using an inverted microscope,and the DPPH free radical and hydroxyl free radical scavenging ability of the powder were detected.[Result]The optimal grinding process conditions for Gastrodia elata superfine powder were as follows:grinding frequency 2 000 r/min,grinding time 12 min,and feeding amount 11 g.The average particle size of the powder obtained by this process was 22.33 μm,with an error of 0.96μm,which was close to the theoretical value.The antioxidant capacity of the three kinds of gastrodia superfine powder was better than that of the fine powder,and the smaller the particle size of the crushed powder,the stronger its antioxidant capacity.The antioxidant capacity of different varieties of Gastrodia elata was Red Gastrodia elata>Hybrid Gastrodia elata>Black Gastrodia elata.[Conclusion]The correlation between the process parameters and the average particle size of Gastrodia elata micropowder is good.Response surface methodology has a good guiding significance for the ultrafine grinding process of Gastrodia elata.Moreover,Gastrodia elata micropowder has good antioxidant capacity in vitro,which is worthy of further research in the development of functional health food and practical applications in the pharmaceutical industry.
