菊苣-酸樱桃双肽组合物对大鼠高尿酸血症降血尿酸作用及机制研究
Study on Effect and Mechanism of Chicory-Sour Cherry Dual-Peptide Complex in Hyperuricemic Rats

Abstract
[Objective]The study aimed to investigate the effect of Chicory-sour cherry dual-peptide complex(CSDC)on reducing serum UA and its underlying mechanism.[Method]A hyperuricemia rat model was established by continuous intragastric administration of potassium oxonate for 30 days.Using this model,we aimed to observe the effects of low-,medium-,and high-dose CSDC on body mass,as well as to evaluate UA metabolism,inflammatory response,oxidative stress-related indicators,and renal pathological changes.[Result]CSDC significantly reduced serum UA levels by decreasing hepatic adenosine deaminase(ADA)and xanthine oxidase(XOD)levels.Additionally,it regulated the renal expression of ATP-binding cassette subfam-ily G member 2(ABCG2)and glucose transporter 9(GLUT9).Furthermore,CSDC lowered serum levels of the inflammatory factors interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),and tumor necrosis factor-β1(TNF-β1).Meanwhile,it enhanced superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity and reduced malondialdehyde(MDA)content.No obvious renal injury was induced,and there were no significant changes in blood urea nitrogen(BUN)and serum creatinine(SCr)levels.[Conclusion]CSDC could promote UA metabolic homeostasis,mitigate inflammatory response and oxidative stress,with no observed nephrotoxicity.The results provide a scientific basis for the further development of CSDC as a potential serum UA-lowering health food.关键词
