摘要

Abstract

The key to guiding the construction of a high-quality and professional teacher team with the spirit of educator lies in integrating it into the entire process of teacher training and development.The key to integrating the spirit of educator into the entire process of teacher training lies in the systematic and creative activities constructed through"point-line-surface-body"to transform discourse dissemination into practical generation.At present,there is a mismatch between the theoretical and practical aspects of integrating the spirit of educator into the entire process of teacher training and development.There are practical challenges such as weak entry points,blurred connection lines,unclear fitting surfaces,and scattered commu-nities.In the future,we can comprehensively enhance the effectiveness of integrating the spirit of educator into the entire process of teacher training by coordinating and advancing from the four aspects of subject driven,relationship gathering,in-stitutional empowerment,and spatiotemporal integration.
