Abstract
Educationist teachers are of great significance in building an educational powerhouse.The advocacy of self-culti-vation and self-improvement through"inner pursuit"to become a"gentleman"is a personality model that can be shared and shared by most people,providing endogenous power for the growth of educationalist teachers,and enabling teachers to form their own relatively systematic educational ideas and theories based on their practical experience and educational achieve-ments.There is a correlation between self-cultivation and the endogenous growth of educationalist teachers in terms of auton-omy,sustainability,and comprehensiveness of development.At the same time,the objects of development are slightly dif-ferent,the goals of development are different,and the content of development is not the same.These differences also pro-vide important conditions or content for teachers to grow into educationalist teachers.To this end,self-cultivation and self-improvement can help teachers move from backbone teachers to educationalist teachers through independent determination,persistently elevate practical experience to educational theory,and expand the scope of self-improvement from professional fields to life fields,promoting the growth of teachers into educationalist teachers.关键词
