Construction of the Primary School Subject-Specific Teacher Education System:Framework,Value,and Pathways

Abstract
The primary school Subject-Specific Teacher Education system is a crucial topic in the multi-dimensional field of teacher education research.It holds significant practical implications for supporting the in-depth development of teacher edu-cation theory and promoting the construction of a powerful country in education.Based on the typical theories of the teacher education discipline,this study proposes three fundamental connotations and four forms of extensions for the concept of pri-mary school major teacher education,and constructs a framework for the primary school major teacher education system.The study further elaborates on its multidimensional value from several perspectives:responding to the iterative optimization of subject governance,promoting the development of an independent knowledge system,and enhancing the quality and effi-ciency of primary education.Subsequently,it proposes an overall pathway for construction,which includes:driving institu-tional change and university organizational restructuring through governance structure adjustment;reshaping the inherent structure of academic knowledge production through subject matrix transformation;and achieving deep,localized teacher cultivation through the integration of all elements.关键词
