The Dual-Track Dilemma in Cross-Field Dynamics:A Temporal Politics Analysis of Academic Research and Educational Internships for Graduate Students in the"National Excellent Teacher Program"

Abstract
The"National Excellence Program"aims to cultivate high-level interdisciplinary science teachers.However,graduate students in the program face temporal conflicts between disciplinary research and concurrent educational intern-ships.Using the grounded theory,this study constructs a theoretical model of"conflict-response under structural temporal compression."Findings reveal that temporal conflicts manifest in task parallelism and sustained conflict intensity.While students exercise individual agency to mitigate conflicts,their responses are constrained by contextual factors such as institu-tional frameworks,advisor oversight,disciplinary norms,and internship school characteristics.Ultimately,students exhibit divergent outcomes in identity formation across the dual dimensions of"internship efficacy"and"disciplinary research pro-gress."These temporal conflicts reflect deeper structural contradictions in higher education,where moderate conflict may catalyze interdisciplinary innovation.Achieving this potential requires establishing institutional collaborative cultivation path-ways.关键词
