新时代乡村学校美育教师队伍建设的困境与应对
Difficulties and Countermeasures in the Construction of Aesthetic Education Teachers in Rural Schools in the New Era
摘要
Abstract
In the new era,school aesthetic education transcends the narrow confines of art education,evolving into a com-prehensive aesthetic education that integrates and permeates all aspects of learning,thereby gaining broader connotations and functions.For rural schools to keep pace with this holistic aesthetic education trend,the key lies in advancing the develop-ment of a high-quality,professional teaching force dedicated to aesthetic education.However,the rural school aesthetic ed-ucation teaching force faces multiple challenges,including difficulties in establishing a proper position,cultural literacy,and collaborative mechanisms.Therefore,we should actively explore the optimization of rural school teaching staff under the concept of comprehensive aesthetic education;promote the spirit of Chinese aesthetic education to achieve the revival of ex-cellent traditional culture;systematically optimize the training system for rural school aesthetic education teachers;and es-tablish an aesthetic education mechanism family,school and community under the Education Consortium.These efforts will build a teaching force that effectively meets the needs of rural school aesthetic education in the new era.关键词
