集体行动理论视野下的省级师范生公费教育政策优化
Optimization of Provincial Free Education Policy for Normal University Students from the Perspective of Collective Action Theory

Abstract
Provincial-level free education for normal students is a necessary measure to accelerate the integrated advance-ment of building an education power and a talent power.From the perspective of collective action theory,exploring the inter-nal mechanism and optimization direction of the provincial free education policy for normal students has significant practical implications.The research finds that the policy temperature of the provincial tuition-free education for normal students can enhance the perception of policy temperature among tuition-free normal students through aspects such as social recognition,professional identity,and job happiness,thereby influencing their enthusiasm for participating in the collective action of choosing to work in the provincial tuition-free normal education.It is suggested that the provincial free education policy for normal students be optimized to increase policy temperature,improve perception,highlight professional identity,and strengthen social norms,so as to encourage prospective free normal students to be proactive,supportive,and overcome pas-sivity,and lead actions,thereby enhancing their enthusiasm for choosing to work in the provincial tuition-free normal educa-tion and achieving the collective action goal of provincial free education for normal students.关键词
