人参皂苷Rg3聚合物胶束的制备工艺研究
Research on the Preparation Process of Ginsenoside Rg3 Polymer Micelles

Abstract
In this study,ginsenoside Rg3 polymeric micelles were prepared using the thin-film hydration method.Using the encapsulation efficiency as the evaluation index,the preparation process was optimized through single-factor experiments and response surface methodology.The results showed that the optimal conditions were as follows:hydration time of 55 min,ultrasonic time of 32 min,hydration temperature of 51℃,and Rg3-to-PEG mass ratio of 1∶10(mg/mg).Under these conditions,the encapsulation efficiency reached 77.97%.The established process is stable,feasible,cost-effective,and highly controllable.关键词
